The Process

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

 

Our Packaging

 

We package our products in high-quality cardboard boxes. Each individual product is packaged in eco-friendly bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap. We further add paper mesh to ensure your products are safe during transit.

 

We try to maintain bio-degradable and eco-friendly packaging as much as possible.

 

Delivery Range

 

  • Atharvan is committed to delivering across all cities in India via being covered by our courier service partner (Bluedart – http://www.bluedart.com/).
  • A tracking id is issued to your order within 24 hours of dispatch so that you can track your shipment.
  • Make sure you register with the right contact details, as these will be provided to the courier company for real-time updates on the day of your delivery.

Delivery Timelines

 

  • Our attempt is to dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days.
  • In case of any further delay, you will be promptly informed by our team within 48 hours of your order placement.
  • Although most of the products on the website are held in inventory, in case of any last-minute issues the orders might get delayed. You will be promptly informed by our team within 48 hours of your order placement.

Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

 

  • We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.
  • India shipping charges – A flat Rs.99 charge is applied to all orders equal to or below Rs.1500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.1500.

We are currently not accepting orders below Rs.500.
